Hi all. I'm Ade from Nigeria. I used to listen to this song as a little boy but when i grew up, i reallized i never knew the lyrics! The (broken) bits that i can recall (it mightn't be correct) goes this way ...

I saw a tree by a riverside

One day as i walked along

..bla bla bla.. pointing to the sky

Growing tall and strong

How do you grow so tall and strong

I said to the riverside tree

This is the song that my tree friend sang to me

I've got roots growing down ....

..bla ...bla bla

... and the fruit that i bear is the sign of life in me

Ade pls help post this song. I don't know why I am not able to post new topics. But I urgently need the full lyrics of the song. I can only remember a line and I guess it is the beginning of the chorus of the song- Who can compare to the promise of God...
