It is a powerful worship song, lyrics are "he reigns forevermore, Jesus Christ the Lord, He reigns, He reigns" the Vamp is " the exceeding greatness of your power I stand in awe of you." It has a Richard Smallwood feel to it. Thanks alot!!

I fell in love with this song this first time I heard it.

The title of the song is He Reigns from the CD Let's Come Together. The artist is Kevin Lavar. The label is Habukkuk Music. The song was first released on Sept. 16, 2008.
