In the third installment of the Young Eagles Armor Academy, when several young cadets get together, there can be a lot of commotion and confusion. All of the excitement and chaos can make it difficult for an inexperienced eagle to make good decisions. Cousins Harpie and Flap discover a cave on the Halo Cliffs that seems to hold an extraordinary, mystical power.
