This book is designed as an accessory to the Lellenas hymnal, Worship in Song. The two books are identical in matters of numerical sequence, key, meter, and tempo indiations. The harmonic structure is also basically the same with only slight variations. In this book, and accasional passing chord has been inserted between syllables of the hymn or as a pickup to the refrain. Infrequently, an additional chord tone (a 7th, for example), not part of the hymnal harmony, has been inserted. These variations are to complement the harmony in the hymnal and not to clash with it.
