Antagonism leaves in its wake broken lives: people who are hurt, discouraged, and apathetic. Although only a few persons are antagonists, these individuals have the potential to disrupt and even destroy a congregation's mission and ministry. This study guide enables congregational boards, commitees, study groups, clergy convocations, judicatory boards, and other groups to discuss key questions, share experiences, and learn valuable skills for dealing with antagonism.
