Share the lives, hopes, and dreams of 20 children from around the globe as they talk about their family and friends, pets, school, and hobbies in their own words. Organized geographically, children will see where other children in the word live. They'll learn about the countries the children come from, their favorite pastimes, and place their flags correctly on the maps, coming to understand not just the obvious differences between one another, but discovering the extraordinary similarities. Children are encouraged to participate in a special pen pal arrangement, so that they may share their own experiences with children in other countries. Recommended for ages 5 to 8.
