Carl A. Delatte has been in the ministry since he began pastoring in September of 1953. For many years he preached in tent meetings, primarily among the African-American communities of Louisiana. For fourteen years, he was Associate Pastor of Bethany World Prayer Center in Baker, Louisiana. More recently, he is the founder and director of Healing Ministries, Inc. of Del Rio, Texas, a missionary organization that reaches out to needy people in many parts of the world.
