Prov. 31:10-31 describes the woman of noble character, and 'her clothing is silk and purple' (v. 22). Three of the book's divisions continue the figure of becoming clothed appropriately with grace and inner beauty: meeting The Designer; developing The Pattern; selecting the Fabric.
