Prosper of Aquitaine (c. 390-c. 465) was a lay theologian who defended Augustine throughout the Semi-Pelagian controversy. In this volume, we find Prosper's correspondence, both with Augustine and proponents of Semi-Pelagianism, with regard to this controversy. The Ancient Christian Writers series features translations of the works of the Fathers.
