A new, fashion-forward clothing shop is opening in River Heights and the owner is the brother of one of Nancy's friends! Nancy, Bess, and George are invited for the grand opening, but the only thing that seems to be grand about it, is all the grand disasters that are happening! First someone breaks a window and someone is injured and rushed to the hospital . . . then the owner's most expensive dress is ruined and her store is vandalized.
