This book is divided into six portions in order to best aquaint students with all aspects of the road from running to president to actually being president. Students will learn how primary elections work and role of political parties first, before moving onto full-page profiles of each of the United States presidents, from Washington through Clinton. Each profile includes an illustration, important dates and individual facts, a thought question, and a short biography.
