The Hermeneia Commentary Series is a critical and scholarly treatment of the scriptures. This is the second of two volumes on Ezekiel by Walther Zimmerli. This volume covers chapter 25-48 and does not include the introductory material provided in the first volume. The analysis of the book is extremely detailed, focusing on the linguistic and historical aspects of this text. A good work for any OT scholar.
