The most memorable night of George Sweeting's life was Friday, August 16, 1940 when he heard David Otis Fuller speak on James 1:22 about not only being hearers of the Word but doers also. In the Spring of 1945, young George Sweeting went to the hospital doubled over in pain from a malignant tumor; even if he survived the damage the cancer had done, he couldn't expect to have children. Now, George and his wife have four sons and several grandchildren.
