Can you picture God laughing? He does,you know. In fact,strangely to some, He's the One who created laughter! Why, then are we so likely to think of the Creator as a perpetually somber dictator so overwhelmed by the world's problems that He has no time for humor or anything remotely related to it? Such a view is far removed from what the Scriptures tell us about a God who loves laughing with His children and delighting in His creation.
