Spencer and Thomas decide to race to see who is faster when Thomas' brakes fail and he discovers a train badly in need of repair named Hiro. Thomas vows to help Hiro and even enlists some of his friends to help repair the train. Spencer thinks that Thomas is up to something sneaky-what will happen if Hiro is found before the repairs are complete?
