Poor Rodney Rat can't pronounce his r's so everyone in school makes fun of him. It isn't until when Camilla, a school bullie, can't understand him, that he gains the respect of his classmates. Everyone finds that Rodney isn't so bad and their laughing turns to mean Camilla.
