The Daily Study Bible Series is the Old Testament companion to the Barclay's New Testament. This volume in the first of two on Isaiah by John Sawyer. This book begins with a short introductory article which discusses the origin and text of this book. The commentary itself is scholarly but readable, giving the reader an in-depth understanding of this book. A good work for pastors or informed lay people.
