Bob Benson was never at a loss to capitalize on an idea. This particular idea hit him on our family trip to Europe. When we arrived at the London airport, all around us tour groups were being met by very official looking leaders that carried tall signs over their heads with the name of their group displayed. Bob decided that if they could have a sign, he could too.
