This Preschool Group Record Book provides a convenient way to organize data for up to 11 pupils. Space is provided to fill in: 'Information About the Child' (name, address, birthday, etc.), then 'Record For the Year' (a graph to keep track of attendance, church attendance, Bible brought, lesson studied, etc.), a 'Home Visits' graph, and 'Other Information About the Child's Home' (space to write in answers about home environment, parent's attitude, special needs and general comments).
