In the field of Qumran scholarship, concentration within the Dead Sea Scrolls can seem highly specialized and inaccessible. Rediscovering the Dead Sea Scrolls seeks to make easier access to the complex field of DSS studies by opening an interdisciplinary dialogue, and making methodological discussions accessible to all interested students regardless of academic specialization.
Contributors will introduce readers to a wide range of established and experimental treatments of the Scrolls, including paleography, archaeology, manuscript analysis, and a variety of literary, historical, and social scientific approaches.
