At some point in the spiritual journey, we all face a dark side of faith where our misconceptions of God's love, goodness and perfection are beaten down by life's disappointments. This place of abandonment leaves us spiritually restless and wondering, Is God Here? Restless Faith invites us to embrace this mystery of God and let go of the deeply controlled, preconceived assumptions of faith to find an adventure to explore - to seek the God who seems just out of reach. We'll be challenged to confront the unsettling edges of faith and discover a freedom to worship God in the midst of life's chaos, even if he doesn't seem to answer our prayers. |
