George Mueller's life story unfolds through the eyes of his daughter, Lydia. As a young divinity student living a riotous life, George attends a house prayer meeting and for the first time observes people who have a genuine relationship with God. Under deep conviction, he cries out to God for salvation. Later, as a missionary in England, George chooses to trust God alone to supply his needs. He learns many lessons about the power of prayer as he sees God's daily provision for his family and ministry needs. The play can be produced for a cast of 17 (6 male and 11 female) plus speaking choir. The speaking choir can be as large or as small as you wish, but suggested minimum is seven.
