The Lord God had watched his beloved human family sinfully mis-using their free will, braking down the spiritual hedge that protected them from the wrath of his judgement. The Lord's saving solution was to call for someone obediently to stand in the gap as an intercessor or interceder before him on behalf of sinful humanity.
