The Acolyte's Book provides much helpful information for the new acolyte, including an explanation of the vestments, the materials, and the duties of the acolyte. The acolyte will find diagrams of the proper order for lighting candles and other tips for helping to lead worship, during special seasons as well as the weekly service.
