Author Lynn Goebel paints the story of her life as a little girl who learned at an early age how to battle the dynamics of sexual and emotional abuse. Unconsciously, she searched for someone to love her unconditionally, and even settled for likenesses that only resembled love. Eventually, those likenesses drew her into the arms of antagonistic copies, which for her became The Copycat Lover. In her search for unbaised love, she later found that the love she was looking for could not be found in a person. Her search ended when she discovered that what she spent half her life looking for, she hd all along-the love of Jesus Christ.
