The Eucharist: Giving Thanks & Praise is addressed primarily to the second- or third-grade child preparing to receive the Sacrament of the Eucharist for the first time. It also involves the child's parents or other principle care-givers and the parish religious education teachers in the preparation process. Four lessons are for use in a classroom setting, and four are for use at home during a time of parent-child sharing.
