This book attempts to narrow the gap in the field of hermeneutics. It is based on the proposition that consistent literal interpretation of prophecy is good hermeneutics. Since consistent literal hermeneutics naturally results in the premillennial, pretribulational system of eschatology, the latter will also receive vindication. We have included a large number of illustrations and examples in this work. These serve not only to elucidate given points but also to point out and specify the various implications and applications which literal prophetic interpretation necessitates.
