There's an OLD MAN in Don Everts' head, and it doesn't look like he's going anywhere any time soon. He is just one of many competing ideas inside Don's mind (along with relative newcomers like THE CHURCH IS BANKRUPT (AND HAS HURT ME) and SOURCE CRITICISM) and, although he's been there a long time, some of the other ideas want him to go. Part allegory, part sit-com, part philosophical wrangling, this second book in the One Guy's Head series addresses modern and post-modern mindsets and worldviews from the perspective of conversations between philosophical ideas. Each idea is anthropomorphized and given a name that restates the idea. Less a book about how to think than a book about how Everts thinks, this should set your mental gears in motion as the concepts leaving his head just might stop by your head for a while.
