This valuable reference tool will greatly enhance use of The Presbyterian Hymnal in worship planning and personal study. Church musicians and pastors will welcome the ease with which they can locate keywords, topics, and scriptural allusions in every hymn. The keyword index identifies the hymn and stanza in which a word appears; the topical index includes a variety of topics and indicates hymns where these are found; two scriptural allusions indexes move from scripture to hymn and from hymn to scripture. Further, users can find hymns in which certain biblical texts are referenced, as well as biblical references in each hymn.
