Sometimes when you see a place the first time, your whole perspective on it changes. That is just as true for our understanding of the Bible as it is in other aspects of our lives today. This series is designed to ground a Christ follower in the study and understanding of Scripture. Be prepared for some challenge and some stretching. This may be the first time you are exposed to certain theological concepts or terms, or to some more indepth methods of Bible Study. It contains: a questions or icebreaker to focus the meeting an overview of where we are headed 30 minutes of the main portion of discussion time information to read that identifies coes issues and ideasto keep you on track with the journey Important Scripture or discussions for memorization or reflection a group activity (sometimes done is subgroups) to build community and share understanding of what was learned a chance to summarize and look back at what has been learned or accomplished closing with an opportunity to pray for one another and asking God to deepen the truths of Scripture in you. No Prep time is required. Questions and space is provided for answers in the book.
