The Supplement is organized alphabetically by tune name, and the elaborations are numbered consecutively by item, with the hymn titles and numbers associated in the Hymnal with each tune appearing beneath the tune name. Volume 1 has approximately 400 tunes and volume 2 has approximately 250. Each volume has a general index.
