This book contains the rites and prayers of the Order of Christian Funerals which are intended for use by ministers before the Funeral Mass or Funeral Liturgy outside Mass: Vigil for the Deceased, Evening Prayer from the Office of the Dead, and Transfer of the Body to the Church or the Place of Committal. It also includes select readings, prayers for the dead, intercessions, and accompaniment for the music contained in the people's edition.
