The Pastoral Relations Committee (PRC) helps the pastor receive welcome, orientation, training, as well as help with conflict and, if necessary, resignation. You will learn how the PRC is formed, how it functions. Included are such issues as: handling the death of a pastor, facilitating internships, and calling a new pastor.
The late Emmett V. Johnson served in various executive roles with the American Baptist Conference, Baptist General Conference, and Baptist World Alliance.
